GD folding belt filter is super separation equipment of solid and liquid that our developed basis on foreign advantage technology. It is a filter that can continuously filter, dewater, dry and discharge under the function of vacuum. 工作原理

GD 型过滤机系滤布行走式的固液分离设备。工作过程中，槽内的物料在真空抽吸作用下，液体透过介质 ( 滤布 )，经过吸液管进入分配阀，再从分配阀的出液管进入自动排放滤液缸 ( 或气液分离器 ) 后排出，固形物留在滤布上形成滤饼。滤饼在行走滤布的带动下经卸料辊，自动卸下。滤布经自动纠偏装置进入洗布箱，在高压冲洗水下获得再生，再经张紧辊后返回到转鼓表面，开始新的过滤循环。

Separation equipment of solid and liquid. During running, under the vacuum suction, the liquid of material in vat enter into distributing valve through pipettes after filter media, then from outlet pipe of distributing valve to discharge cylinder or gas-liquid separator and get out, the solids form filter cake on the filter cloth. 

Discharged by roll with running of filter cloth. Filter cloth enters into the cloth-wash box and regeneration after HP water flushing and back to drum surface from tension roll to begin new filtration cycle.
